What we collect & why
Traffic analytics
We use two analytics tools, with different privacy profiles:
- Ahrefs Web Analytics — cookieless, aggregate-only traffic measurement. It counts page views, referrers, and broad device types without setting cookies and without tracking you across other websites. No personal data is collected or shared through this tool. It runs on every page visit without requiring your consent.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4, measurement ID G-92HSD68H8P) — cookie-based analytics operated by Google LLC as our data processor. GA4 is only loaded after you explicitly accept cookies via the consent banner. If you decline, GA4 never runs. When active, GA4 collects usage data including pages visited, session duration, browser and device type, and approximate geographic location (country/city level). Google may process this data in accordance with its own privacy policy and Google's role as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.
Contact and lead forms
When you submit a form on this site (name, email, company website URL, message), the submission is processed by Web3forms solely to deliver it to us by email. Web3forms acts as our data processor for this purpose. Per their published policy, form submissions are not stored long-term on their infrastructure. We retain form submissions in our own email inbox for as long as necessary to respond and manage the client relationship.
Hosting & security logs
This site is served via Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, and edge hosting). Cloudflare may process request metadata — including IP addresses, HTTP headers, and timestamps — in server-level logs for security and performance purposes. This is standard for any web infrastructure. Cloudflare's role and data handling are governed by their own privacy policy and our agreement with them.
Scheduling links
If you click a "Book a call" button, you are taken to Calendly on its
own domain (calendly.com). Any data you provide in that flow is handled by
Calendly under their own privacy policy. We receive the booking details they pass to us.
Fonts
All fonts on this site are self-hosted. No requests are made to Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, or any other third-party font CDN.
Cookies & consent
We use cookies sparingly:
- Consent preference — when you respond to the cookie banner, your choice
(
grantedordenied) is saved in your browser'slocalStorageunder the keyss-consent. This is not a cookie in the HTTP sense; it's local browser storage that never leaves your device. - GA4 analytics cookies — only set if you accept the banner. These are
Google's standard
_ga/_ga_*cookies used for session distinction and measurement.
No other cookies are set by us or any third party through this site's primary pages.
Manage your cookie consent
You can withdraw consent or change your choice at any time. Clicking the button below clears your saved preference and reloads the page so the consent banner reappears:
You can also delete ss-consent from your browser's localStorage manually
via Developer Tools, or clear all site data in your browser settings.
Third parties & processors
A summary of third parties whose code or services touch data on this site:
- Google LLC (GA4) — analytics processor; only active after consent; subject to Google's Data Processing Terms.
- Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. (Web Analytics) — cookieless, aggregate analytics; no personal data transferred.
- Web3forms — form submission delivery; acts as processor for contact form data on transmission.
- Cloudflare Inc. — CDN, security, and hosting infrastructure; may process IP / request metadata in server logs.
- Calendly LLC — appointment scheduling; only if you click a "Book a call" link and interact with their platform.
We do not sell, rent, or broker your personal data to any other third party.
Data retention
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary:
- GA4 data — retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months by default at the event-data level); we have not extended this.
- Form submissions — retained in our email inbox for as long as the business relationship or correspondence warrants, typically up to 3 years.
- Cloudflare logs — governed by Cloudflare's own retention schedules (typically days to weeks for raw access logs, depending on plan).
- Ahrefs analytics — aggregate only; no personal data stored by us through this tool.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion — request erasure of your personal data where we have no overriding legal basis to retain it.
- Objection / restriction — object to or restrict certain processing (e.g., analytics).
- Opt-out of sale/sharing (CCPA/CPRA) — we do not sell or share your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may still submit a formal opt-out request and we will confirm no sale or sharing is occurring.
- Data portability — where technically feasible, receive data in a structured, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact form or by post to our registered address. We will respond within 30 days (or within the timeframe required by applicable law). We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., the relevant national Data Protection Authority under GDPR/UK GDPR). If you are in Poland, that is the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify visitors (e.g., a notice on the homepage).
